Akriti Apparels has an experienced team of fabric technologists with years of experience in the industry. This team researches, develops and sources a wide range of fabrics and trims which are cost effective and meet if, not exceed customer expectation. With years of working with established suppliers in the industry we have an access to an extensive database of fabric mills and trim suppliers. This allows us both variety and flexibility to ensure quality with shorter lead times. We have in-house testing laboratories for both development and quality control of raw material which allows us to meet or exceed customers' expectations every time.
Our Product Development teams have extensive knowledge of garment fitting and pattern development and are specialists in fit reviews and managing customer requirements. We are experts at developing and establishing a technical and design framework to support design innovation.
Akriti Apparels has high quality 1000 in-house stitching machines of makes like Juki, Brother, Highlead, Pegasus etc. These machines are highly reliable and require less maintenance witch results high productivity and less maintenance cost. We also have computerised lock-stitch Buttoning, Snap Fastner and 5 Multi head Barudan embroidery machines. We have a capacity to produce over 3,50,000 garments in a month to meet the required targets well in time without compromising on quality.
We follow various quality tests and checks at all stages of raw material procurement and production. Fabrics & accessories are checked for various defects, durability and performance. We ensure for compliance with care instructions. Time and motion study is done before any style commencement. In-line quality check are maintained at each level and the same are followed religiously for core aspects of stitching. All the packed garments are inspected 2.5 AQL quality audit before forwarding goods to the buyer's Q.A. team. Records are maintained for all these internal inspections.
